Scoliosis

I would like to share another patient with idiopathic adolescent scoliosis who had posterior instrumentation and correction surgery.  She had 2 thoracolumbar curves.   Decision was made to address the lumbar curve only as the thoracic curve is non structural.  Selective lumbar vertebral  fusion was done with good correction and coronal balance.
