Isthmic L5/S1 Spondylolisthesis

53 year old lady presented with bilateral leg and back pain. X-ray and MRI showed grade II spondylolisthesis and severe bilateral foraminal stenosis. She underwent transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF). She has complete recovery. X-ray after 6 months shows good union, complete reduction of listhesis and restoration of slip angle and sagital balance.
